The 94 Classic is a very fat and defined sounding single-coil pickup in the classic humbucker format; similar to the 90 Standard, but a bit more "civilized".
The 94 Classic develops its particular strengths in the clean and crunch sound spectrum. Both response and dynamics of this pickup are great and the degree of distortion can be controlled especially well with the volume pot.
As winding wire, the legendary plain enamel #42 wire is used, which gives the 94 Classic the particularly bell-like treble.
