Our version of the legendary mini humbuckers delivers a fat sound without biting highs. The neck pickup produces a clear, defined tone. The bridge pickup sounds powerful with sufficient brilliance.
 
The coils are relatively loosely wound by hand (scatter wound) and NOT encapsulated in wax. The result is an extremely transparent and dynamic tone without unnecessary capacitive resistors, which otherwise tend to be treble and dynamic robbers.Both pickups are equipped with short (59 mm) AlNiCo IV magnets.
