All orders that are received by December 19, 2024 at 11:00 noon and are executable will be shipped before the end of the year. After that, our office and shipping department will be closed. We will be available again as usual from January 6, 2025.

Shipping & Returns
We ship packages on business days between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm by insured shipping with different parcel services.
Shipping costs (including tax)
Deliveries within Germany:
For the shipping method "Standard Shipping" we charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 6,90€ per order.
Deliveries abroad:
For the shipping method "Standard Shipping" we calculate the shipping costs with a flat rate of 39€ per order.
Returns
AmberPickups manufactures pickups only according to customer specifications (custom-made products).
Thus, all items in the category "Pickups" are excluded from return.
