Shipping Carrier

We ship our products exclusively via DHL. All shipments are sent insured to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €6.90 per order (insured DHL package)
• Free shipping on orders over €150 (within Germany)
• other countries: from €15 up

Shipping Time

Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Note on Pickups: Since some of our pickups are custom-made or wound to order, delivery times may vary. You can find the current delivery time on the product page for each item.

Should further delays occur due to production times or delivery issues, you will of course be notified immediately.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a DHL tracking number so that you can track your delivery at any time.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If a package is damaged, please report the damage immediately to the delivery person and then notify us via email so we can resolve the issue quickly.
