AmberPickups 3-Way Tele Wiring Kit

The AmberPickups 3-Way Tele Wiring Kit was designed for guitarists who want to get the most out of their Telecaster—with improved tone, more precise response, and sensitive control. Handcrafted in Germany for excellent tone, reliability, and durability.

Each kit is individually hand-assembled and carefully tested. The high-quality CTS 275 kOhm (Custom!) volume and tone potentiometers are hand-measured and matched to ensure smooth control and clean sound.

The paper-in-oil capacitors deliver the characteristic warm vintage sound familiar from classic Fender and Gibson guitars of the 1950s and 1960s.

The fully pre-wired 3-way kit is suitable for Telecaster models with two single-coil pickups and fits most American Fender Telecasters without modification. It is wired with 22 AWG vintage push-back wire, ensuring an authentic look and sound.

For optimal installation, each kit includes a high-quality ring wrench that allows the potentiometer nuts to be tightened securely and precisely without damaging the guitar’s finish.

Note: For “import” guitars with metric potentiometers, the holes in the control plate may need to be slightly enlarged to accommodate the larger US-spec components. In this case, US-spec knobs should also be used.
